Felt a real shift the last few weeks.
Not just a mood or a moment—but one of those deep, cellular shifts that brings you back to something you knew, but weren’t quite living. You know what I mean? That feeling of, “Oh… right. This is who I am. This is what I came here to do.”
And Like many of my inspirations—it came during my hour-before-sunrise meditation practice, something I’ve been devoted to for years. That quiet, liminal space before the world wakes up is where I do my deepest listening. I’ve written about it in detail here—I call it The Sacred Hour. It’s when the veil feels thinnest, and the sky seems to whisper truths I’ve forgotten.
This time, it whispered something old and true: a concept I created decades ago called AstroVolution.
I haven’t used that name in years. Honestly, I let it go because it felt too complex to explain at the time. But the essence of it? It’s still so alive in me. Maybe more than ever.
The “volution” part comes from the Latin root meaning to spiral. And that’s exactly how I’ve always seen growth—not as a straight line, but as a spiral. Cyclical, yes. But also upward. Expanding. Evolving.
In our lives, we often revisit the same lessons. The same themes. The same archetypes. But each time, we meet them from a slightly different vantage point. A little more seasoned. A little more resourced. A little more us.
That’s the spiral.
It’s not just a metaphor—it’s a natural law. We see it everywhere: in galaxies, in sunflower seeds, in the chambers of a nautilus shell. Nature doesn’t grow in straight lines. It spirals. Efficiently. Elegantly. Intelligently.
And so do we.
Astrology, for me, has always been about honoring that spiral. About recognizing that when Saturn comes back around, or Venus retrogrades through the same part of your chart—it’s not a repeat. It’s a return. A sacred revisit. A chance to integrate the lesson at a higher octave.
So if you’re feeling like you’re circling back to something old—don’t judge it. Don’t rush it. Ask yourself: What’s different this time? What do I know now that I didn’t before?
Because that’s evolution. That’s AstroVolution.
And I think I’m finally ready to live it again.
If this spiral journey resonates with you—if you’re feeling the pull to revisit something old with new eyes—I invite you to explore it more deeply in a Life Passages Session. It’s a new offering I’ve just launched, designed specifically for moments like this: when the past meets the present, and something sacred wants to unfold. You can book your session here.
And stay tuned for my next post, where I’ll be diving into two teachings that helped me navigate some of my most challenging life spirals: “Fierce Grace” by Ram Dass, and the story of Ashtavakra from the Ashtavakra Gita. Both offered me profound insight navigating my life through my disabilities and adversity—and I’ll be sharing how they shaped my path, and how they might illuminate yours.
Look forward to sharing the cosmic wisdom of you chart with you! Please don’t hesitate to comment or post your insights in the comment section below,
