Something has shifted. I can’t quite explain it, but it feels like a light has switched on—a sudden clarity, as if the fog has lifted. Logically, I can’t pinpoint a single cause, yet so much has changed in the past few weeks.
For one, I came across a homeopathic treatment that Muhammad Ali used for Parkinson’s and brain trauma, and decided to give it a try. I also returned to Bach Flower Remedies—something I’m certified in and once offered to clients.
However, for now, I’m referring them to currently practicing practitioners, uncertain if I want to renew my certification
Something has shifted. I can’t quitdies—something I’m certified in and once offered to clients.
However, for now, I’m referring them to currently practicing practitioners, uncertain if I want to renew my certification. I’ve also added PEMF therapy 3 times a week, Methylene Blue, a high quality CBD supplement along side about a half-dozen other nutraceuticals I had already been taking.
Alongside these tangible changes, I’ve experienced a profound internal shifts. Foremost in these shifts, I realize now that I’ve been using my chronic health issues as a reason not to follow my path. More than just allowing circumstances to dictate my choices, I was using them to escape—to hide from who I truly am and why I’m here. This isn’t self-judgment, but rather an honest acknowledgment. The cost of avoidance was immeasurable; little by little, I lost sight of the powerful being I truly am.
Over the past few days, I’ve been in deep reflection—conducting a life review, one that even seeped into my dreams. In what felt like months condensed into mere days, I engaged in countless conversations, revisiting moments from my past, observing them through a new lens, and finally letting them go.
As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, I also saw this transformation reflected in my astrology chart—and recognized how hypocritical I had been. I knew exactly what I would tell anyone coming to me for a session, yet I avoided applying those same insights to myself. I was aware of my own avoidance, even spoke about it, but never truly acted on it—I only offered excuses. I’ve shared some of this before, in posts like (link) My Meeting with Rinpoche and Serve, Awaken, End Suffering.
And now, here I am. Not dwelling in the past, not grasping for the future, but fully surrendered—open, present, and without expectation. I am ready for the next inspired step, eager to serve, and prepared to embrace whatever arises.
Post Script: Since this is an astrology blog, I’ll be following up with an astrological analysis. Spoiler alert: much of this shift is connected to Mars opposite Pluto, the New Moon in Taurus, and the stations of both Mars and Pluto. Additionally, the collective shifts in consciousness occurring globally are activating significant life mission indicators in my natal chart and influencing my personal evolutionary cycles in my progressed chart.
