Return Policy

At Chandler Astrologer, we are dedicated to providing insightful and personalized astrology sessions. Our sessions are offered virtually—conducted online or via email—and are delivered via Canada Post within Canada or FedEx for international orders.

All sessions are considered final and non-refundable. However, if a session is compromised by a technical error or any mistake on our part, we will address the issue promptly by either correcting the error.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• If you need to cancel a session, please note that cancellations are non-refundable.
• However, you may reschedule your session within 30 days of the original appointment date for a later time, with a $25 rescheduling fee.

Missed Appointments:

• If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the appointment will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.

Customer Deliverables and Quality Assurance

Every customer purchasing our products will receive a corresponding report or analysis—available in video, audio, written format, or a combination thereof. In the event there is any technical issue or deficiency with the materials provided, we will remedy the issue by repairing or replacing the product, or by issuing a refund at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy
Shipping within Canada is included in the product price and will be fulfilled via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. For international orders, standard shipping is executed via FedEx unless the customer requests an alternative service. Please note that additional fees may apply if other shipping methods are requested.
