Some of my most cherished authors, teachers and influences!
Over the 40 years of being passionately studying, researching astrology, I have read over 450 books on virtually every type and branch of astrology. Although Astrology is the primary tool I use, I also have studied Metaphysics, Theosophy , Anthroposophy, Stoic philosophy, Hermetics, New Thought, Advaita Vedanta, Tibetan Buddhism, Gnostic Christianity, Toltec spirituality and philosophy, much more. I’ve also had the fortune to work and socialize with some incredible contemporary spiritual teachers for over 20 years as one of the co-founder of the largest coast to coast holistic lifestyle expos and conferences.
Many of them are in my books are library, on my Kindle or In my Audible Library. My aspiration is to share this wisdom from these studies and personal journey though these and all my amazing teachers and mentors through my a astrological session, articles, webinars, and classes.

Parkers’ Astrology by Julia Parker and Derek Parker. A widely respected guide to astrology, covering an astounding review of astrological subjects from the basics to more advanced. If you’re interested in diving into astrology, this book is a great place to start!
The Compendium of Astrology by Rose Lineman
The Compendium of Astrology leads astrologers from initial theory to an in-depth knowledge of principles and calculations. When I taught astrology in the mid-late 90’s used this book as one of my primary texts for my students.
Horoscope Symbols by Robert Hand
Whether you’re a beginning student or a practicing professional, Horoscope Symbols takes you beyond your present conception of astrology into a whole new realm of understanding. Horoscope Symbols takes the beginner beyond cookbook interpretations to genuine insight, beyond superficial keywords to the fundamental principles that underlie astrology, beyond overemphasis on signs to the primacy of planets and angles.
Although Hand assumes little prior knowledge of astrology, the more you know, the more you will get out of this book. Hand takes the expert beyond the fatalism of tradition to a deep understanding of the role of personal choice in the life of the individual, beyond fortune telling to the true source of human experience.
Note: This list is not complete, but will expands with each book I recommend in my articles and classes.
